PROJECTS
With our core business being providing sealant services to new build properties, NCC have had the privilege of working on some of the biggest construction projects in London and the South East. Here is a brief list of some of our current projects:
Barratt London - Hendon Waterside
Since we started working for Barratt Homes in 1999 we have built a positive strong working relationship and have successfully completed a number of large projects each year since then. We started Phase 1 of the Hendon Waterside project in 2012 and have now completed internal and external mastic pointing works to all phases, a total of over 1000 properties to date.
Ballymore - Royal Wharf
This is our first project with Ballymore and were awarded the contract upon recommendation via our client list. We acquired Phase 2B in 2017, which consists of 970 apartments. On the strength of our ongoing success on this project we have since completed all internal mastic works to the on site leisure centre, and have submitted our tenders for the upcoming phases.
Countryside Properties - Rochester Riverside
This recently acquired job is located just 10 miles from our office in Sittingbourne. The first phase consists of a mixture of houses and apartments, a total of 327 units.
We have also recently secured the contract works for a second Countryside Properties development in Yalding, Kent.
Berkeley Homes - Victory Pier
In 2016 we acquired our first Berkeley Homes contract, a development in Gillingham, Kent, which consisted of 250 units. Upon its success we have recently secured the mastic works for the final phase of this project, a further 194 apartments.
Our new relationship with Berkeley Homes has given us the opportunity to work on further projects with the Berkerley Group.
